Travel Aid Rental Services

**Travel Aid Rental Services**

Eligibility, Hours, Period, Fees, Rental Station, Booking Details.
Eligibility	○ Person requiring accessible tourism service (available within Seoul) ※ Seoul-based foreign residents are allowed to take rental device nationwide.
Hours	○ 9 AM to 6 PM (closed on weekends and holidays) ※ For reservation approvals, rentals, and returns. ※ If you request delivery (pick-up/return), you can choose from 10 AM to 5 PM.
Period	○ 3 to 7 days (including weekends and holidays)
Fees	○ Deposit: Varies by item Payment & Returns: Payments and deposits can be made by credit card or cash on site. ※ If you rent more than two items, the maximum deposit is 500,000 KRW. ※ The deposit must be paid in person using a credit card capable of international payments or cash, and will be refunded upon the return of the device. (The default currency is Korean won (KRW), and any differences due to currency exchange when canceling a completed card transaction will not be refunded.)
Rental Station	○ Receive and return at rental station (in person) - Location of travel aid rental station ※ Address: Room 101, Basement 1, 22, Huam-ro 48-gil, Yongsan-gu, Seoul ※ Contact number: +82-70-8211-2728 (Korean/Japanese) / +82-10-2753-1877 (English) ※ Subway: 491m from Exit 11 of Seoul Station (Subway Line 4) ※ Bus: 210m from Huam Samgeori(toward Huam Market) stop ○ Free delivery service - Receiving and returning items at a desired place in Seoul (hotel, touristic attraction, etc.) ※ You must visit the rental station in person to return if you fail to return or deliver at the designated place on time. ※ Please return the device on the day before the return date if the rental station is closed on the return date. ※ Travel aids can only be received and returned by the person who made the reservation.
Booking Details	○ From 2 months until 14 days prior to rental date. ※ When making a reservation, it is necessary to check the number of assistive devices available for rent on the calendar (if there is no stock, assistive devices cannot be rented) ○ Changing/canceling reservations - Email the below address at least seven days prior to the rental date. rental_device@seouldanurim.net

Rental Policy

- Rented aids can only be used within the scope of the rental purpose (i.e. touring)

- Personal information must be provided for the purpose of rental service

- You must comply with the reservation time and place when receiving/returning.

- You must learn how to use the travel aid in advance and handle with care.

- You must make sure to pay attention to prevent damage, loss, and theft.

- Contact the center immediately in case of damage, loss, and theft.

- Comply with the follow-up actions in case of damage, loss, and theft
