Hello! My mother and I will be travelling to Seoul, arriving on 10 Sep and departing on 15 Sep 2025. She has recently been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and has just completed a cancer surgery. It had been her wish to visit South Korea, and we have thus made the plan to bring her on this coming trip according to her wish. We were delighted to know that Seoul's tourism board offers free wheelchair rental! Sadly, upon checking the reservation page, we found no available wheelchairs for our travel period in Seoul from 10 to 15 September. We would like to check if you will be able to help us with this? Is there any other way that we can rent a wheelchair for free during the period 10 to 15 September, please? Thank you so much! Warmest, Jess.
