Good afternoon, We made a query, number 38, but it doesn't recognize our password and we can't see the answer. We arrive on a flight to Seoul/Incheon (ICN) on July 2, 2025, at 4:45 PM and would like a transfer to the Lemong Hotel. Our question is that we don't know how long we should allow for pickup because we don't know how long it will take to clear customs and baggage claim. We also have an arrival in Seoul on July 25, 2025, at Gimpo Airport at 11:40 AM. We would like to ask if you can facilitate the transfer and provide the pickup time. We also wanted to know if you could arrange a pickup at the Lemong Hotel in Seoul on July 27, 2025, to go to Incheon. Our flight departs at 11:50 AM. Please kindly note that guests are responsible for selecting their preferred pickup times based on their flight schedules and personal circumstances. We recommend allowing 60 to 90 minutes after your flight’s arrival to complete immigration procedures and collect your luggage.

Our vehicle operation hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and all drop-offs in Seoul must be completed by 6:00 PM.

Regarding your requests:

July 2 – Incheon Airport (arrival at 4:45 PM):
We’re very sorry, but unfortunately, we are unable to provide service for this arrival. Due to the time needed for immigration and baggage claim, it would not be possible to arrive in Seoul before our service ends at 6:00 PM.

July 25 – Gimpo Airport (arrival at 11:40 AM):
We’re happy to let you know that pickup service is available. We recommend scheduling your pickup for around 12:30 PM to allow time for arrival procedures.

July 27 – Departure from Lemong Hotel (flight at 11:50 AM):
For this flight, a pickup would need to take place before 9:00 AM, which is outside our service hours. In this case, we kindly recommend using a private paid service.
