Hello, we need help filling out the information for the airport pickup service: Our flight arrives at 4:45 PM on July 2nd to Incheon, and we don't know how long it will take for customs and baggage claim. What time should we specify for the pickup? We have another flight arriving in Seoul on July 25th, 2025, at Gimpo Airport at 11:40 AM. Can we request the service? What pickup time should we provide? We have a pickup from the Lemong Hotel in Seoul on July 27th, 2025. The flight departs at 11:50 AM. We wanted to confirm that you are unable to assist us due to the schedule? Thank you very much for your inquiry.

Please kindly note that guests are responsible for selecting their preferred pickup times based on their flight schedules and personal circumstances. We recommend allowing 60 to 90 minutes after your flight’s arrival to complete immigration procedures and collect your luggage.

Our vehicle operation hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and all drop-offs in Seoul must be completed by 6:00 PM.

Regarding your requests:

July 2 – Incheon Airport (arrival at 4:45 PM):
We’re very sorry, but unfortunately, we are unable to provide service for this arrival. Due to the time needed for immigration and baggage claim, it would not be possible to arrive in Seoul before our service ends at 6:00 PM.

July 25 – Gimpo Airport (arrival at 11:40 AM):
We’re happy to let you know that pickup service is available. We recommend scheduling your pickup for around 12:30 PM to allow time for arrival procedures.

July 27 – Departure from Lemong Hotel (flight at 11:50 AM):
For this flight, a pickup would need to take place before 9:00 AM, which is outside our service hours. In this case, we kindly recommend using a private paid service.
