National Folk Museum of Korea - Children's Museum at the National Folk Museum of Kroea

The National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art is comprised of 4 distinct museums: Gwacheon established in 1986, Deoksugung in 1988, Seoul in 2013, and Cheongju in 2019, and together present a portrait of shared culture to Seoul citizens. Visitors can experience a variety of exhibitions and wonderful panaromic views of the city, and each museum if well equipped with convenient resources and services for families with children, such as high chairs and nursing rooms. (Please note that the National Museum of Modren anc Contemporary Art Korea is located in Gwacheon)

The National Folk Museum of Korea is located across from the art museum. It is recommended that guests visit on a sunny day, since the museum has a beautiful outdoor setting and is a favorite of kids. It has the permamnent exhibition as well as various rotating special exhibitions. The Children's Museum of the National Folk Museum of Korea is a specailly designed space where children can enjoy and experience traditional Korean culture.
