Decorated with a vertical wall garden, the Lounge 9 on the 11th floor, where guests have access to a selection of Korean travel booklets and free, high-speed Internet, is equipped with a 42" LED television, an automatic coffee machine, and a community board to share travel experiences. Accessibility 

The entryway to the establishment has no incline or obstacles and has *tactile paving. The entryway is wide and flat providing easy access and maneuverability. The main entrance has a slope, so wheelchair users may need assistance.

The doorway into guestrooms is wide and has signage with Korean braille descriptions and tactile paving. The bathroom is wide enough to easily allow a wheelchair to turn and rotate and has a roll-in shower. Emergency call button is installed in the bathroom.
