Reservations must be under the name of the wheelchair user, so you can hire in your child name.
Please note that for the rental process, continuous communication must be possible, and it may be difficult for the child to handle the wheelchair pick-up and return alone.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to submit the reservation under the child’s name but complete the email verification using the email address of a contact person in Korea (such as the teacher). Also, please ensure that the teacher can be contacted during the pick-up and return of the wheelchair in Korea.

We provide delivery to hotels or tourist sites within Seoul; however, the delivery service is only available between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays.
