[Overview] The Hanyang Doseong Historic Site Museum is a historical site situated at 1, Sogong-ro 3-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul, and contains a reconstructed section of the fortress that once stood in the heart of Hanyang. The museum consists of a restored fortress, historical exhibits, various hands-on programs, and an observation deck. Visitors can engage in various interactive experiences such as traditional crafts, history quizzes, and family workshops.


[Accessibility] The accessible ways feature gentle slopes or flat ground, and the main entrances to the indoor exhibits are equipped with automatic doors, both inside and outside, with Braille blocks for the visually impaired. The entire indoor and outdoor exhibition can be accessed by wheelchairs, with gentle slopes and barrier-free walkways in the outdoor areaThere are 3 accessible parking spaces in the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education parking lot. Furthermore, the restroom for persons with disabilities is situated adjacent to the exhibition hall, while the washbasins in the accessible restrooms are height-adjustable, and emergency bells are installed in locations that can be used when fell on the floor. Stroller storage service is available upon request at the Information Center.
