Overview
Jungnang Rose Park in Jungnang-gu, Seoul is a small park located at the point where Mukdongcheon Stream meets Jungnangcheon Stream. It has the longest path of roses in Korea along the cause way from Jungpyeong Bridge to Wolleung Bridge following Jungnangcheon Stream. In May every year, millions of roses bloom and provide a spectacular scene for visitors to enjoy.
Attractions
Jungnang-gu hosts the ‘Seoul Rose Festival’ at the Jungnang Rose Park every May. Various types of roses bloom and provide a relaxing place for visitors. Various themed rose gardens such as ‘Rose Temple’, ‘Rose Fountain Park’, ‘Rose Memories Garden’ and ‘Rose Star Garden’ attract many guests. At the end of the Rose Park, yellow rapeseed flowers await exiting visitors.
Accessibility
The entryway has a steep incline. Pathways inside are even and level allowing easy movement for tourist with special needs. Accessible restrooms are near the main entrance. Wheelchair and stroller rental services are available at the information center.
