The hotel has elevators and the doorways into guestrooms are wide. Signage with Korean braille descriptions and tactile paving are located at the entrance to guestrooms. The bathroom is wide enough to easily allow a wheelchair to turn and rotate and has a roll-in shower. Emergency call buttons are installed in both the bedroom and bathroom.
